¿WHAT IS THE HPP PROCESS?
Once the fruit and vegetable juice is squeezed, a pressure similar to 60km of submarine depth is simulated. This process kills all harmful microorganisms and also conserves the enzymes, nutrients and vitamins of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetables.
Since the fruits and vegetables are not treated thermically (are not pasteurized), this new cold treatment allows us to offer an extraordinarily natural and healthy product.
